What is your return policy?

How do I prepare an item for return?

1.All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number which can be obtained by contacting our Rotunda Call Center at 1-800-ROTUNDA or by clicking on the “Returns” link and submitting the form.

2.All items returned for credit must be clearly marked with the RA number on the outside of the box and shipped back to the address as instructed. Please contact our Rotunda Call Center and the agents will be happy to assist you with this process.

3.NOTE: Any unauthorized returns will result in a delay in credit being issued to the customer. To lessen the possibility of delays in credits being issued, please ensure that you obtain a RA number from our Rotunda Call Center and include that number on your returned package.

What if I have a product concern, need service, replacement parts, or technical support for?

1.Contact 1-800-Rotunda Option 2 for equipment products. Rotunda customer service representative will get in touch with the appropriate supplier.

2.Contact 1-800-Rotunda Option 3 for Essential Special Service Tools.

3.Contact 1-800-Rotunda Option 4 for Rotunda Technician Tool Program.
