Diagnostic Licenses

Ford Diagnostic Equipment requires a license to run the Ford Integrated Diagnostic Software (IDS).  Customers can view information about IDS Software Licenses (including license purchases) by referring to the following websites.

 

Ford Dealers and Fleets go to the PTS website and select Rotunda > Diagnostic Tool Support > IDS Licensing Support.

 

All other customers go to the Motorcraft Service website and select Diagnostic Tool Support > IDS Software Licensing.
