Order Status and Order History

Registered users are able to click on the “My Orders” link located at the top right hand side of the page or in the footer of the site to review the status of their current orders and their order history.

 

The “My Web Orders” tab displays all orders placed by the user within the last year.

The “My Organization’s Order History” tab displays all orders placed by a dealership within the last year, including orders placed by the Rotunda Call Center at 1-800-ROTUNDA.

The “RTTP Order History tab” will take dealers to the order history page of the RTTP site for your previous order information.

 

Filtering Order history dates can be done by using Date Range Boxes

Click on the calendar icon to select “From” and “To” dates in the appropriate boxes to narrow down the search results within your order history to a specific period of time.  Once the dates are chosen click on the “Apply” button to search your order history and return the items that meet the date criteria you specify in the Date Range Boxes.

 

Fields displayed in My Orders

 

Web Order Number

Click on the Web Order Number to view the Order Detail for that specific order.

Order Date

Displays the date your order was placed.

Status

Displays the status of your order as Pending or Complete.

# of Items

Displays the number of items ordered for that specific order.

Total

Displays the total charges for the specific order.

 

Fields displayed in Order Detail in “My Orders”

Shipping address

Payment information and Customer Reference Number used when the order was placed

Contact name - Name of the person that placed the order and their contact number

Item information - Displays the item number, description, quantity ordered and quantity delivered for each item included in the order.

Shipping Status - Displays the status of the item, if the item has already been shipped the status will say Shipped, if it has not shipped the item will say Pending.

oIf the item is listed as “Pending” clicking on the link will display the estimated shipping date of the item.

oIf the item is listed as “Shipped” clicking on the link will display the tracking number for the shipment.  If the shipping status is listed as “Shipped” clicking on the status will display the tracking number for your order will be displayed.

Item Cost - Displays the price for the item that was ordered.
