All products are drop shipped from the manufacturer. Back order information is not available at the time the order is placed. Once manufacturers receive your order, all in-stock items are shipped immediately. When items are not in stock, contact the Rotunda Call Center to inquire when back ordered items will be available.
Note: The estimated ship date is the date we have received from the manufacturer to expect your item to be shipped from their facilities. While this is the best information available, it is an estimate and not a guarantee of shipping on that date.
Determining the status of an item is easy by following a few simple steps.
1.Click on the "My Orders" link at the top of the page or “Order Status” in the footer of the home page.
2.Click either “My Web Orders”, “My Organization’s Order History” or “Order History On RTTP Items”
3.Click on the "Order Number" you would like to view.
The total dollar amount for products ordered will not be charged to your dealer billing account or credit card until they are shipped.
