1. Payment Methods

Here will be listed all of the payment options available in your region. You must choose the payment method with which you wish to make the purchase.

If you have only one option available to make purchases, you will not see this screen.

2. Shipping Address

Here you must choose the address to which the products will be shipped.

Please enter the information for the person that we should contact if we have questions regarding your order.

3. Shipping Method

Here will be listed all of the shipping options available in your region. You must choose a shipping option.

All orders will be shipped via UPS. Please take the following into account when selecting your shipping option

•Any Next Day Air or Second Day Air shipping orders must be received by 2:00 PM EST in order to ship the same day.

•Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

•Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, or on the weekend, will be processed on Monday.

•For orders being shipped outside of the United States, please allow an additional 5 to 7 days.

4. Billing Address

If you are paying using a credit card, you must enter your billing address and credit card information here.

5. Confirm Order

Before placing the order, review the order information you provided on the previous checkout screens. If you need to update any information, click the "Back" button.

You may enter a Customer Reference Number for your reference. The Customer Reference Number will appear on the invoice.

6. Place Order

Click "Purchase" to submit the order. A confirmation will be sent to your email address.
